  • Overview

    We are looking for someone to lead our parts department by managing the flow of parts through the shop from start to finish in a timely and effective manner. This requires constant communication with the Service Advisors, Technicians, and Vendors throughout all stages of the process to maintain an efficient and smooth workflow.

  • What your day might look like

  • Practical Application of Skills:
    • Assist Service Advisors with vehicle check-in each morning to expedite production.
    • Assist Service Advisors by answering overflow phone calls.
    • Assist Service Advisors in finding and sourcing parts.
    • Assist Service Advisors with writing estimates.
    • Help Service Advisors maintain workflow and productivity by knowing the status and tracking each part on all repair orders.
    • Help Technicians by managing the flow of parts through the repair process from start to finish.
    • Receive parts on Repair Orders and organize them on the Technician's shelves.
    • Manage inventory Parts to ensure we have all the necessary parts, materials, and supplies.
    • Manage Warranty Parts Returns and Warranty Labor claims.
    • Post and organize Vendor Invoices for month-end reconciliation.
    • Pick up and deliver parts as needed.
