  • Practical Application of Skills:
    • Diagnosing customer concerns with their vehicles.
    • Writing up the findings in a story format.
    • Inputting the information into a digital vehicle inspection program.
    • Communicating with the Service Advisors and Parts Expeditor to promote clear understanding and a smooth workflow.
    • Servicing and repairing vehicles.
    • Performing thorough test drives to verify customer’s concern is rectified.
    • Performing thorough Quality Control inspections of repairs performed.
