They've all been simply amazing & catering to my every need when it has come to my vehicle. Out of the 6 years i've owned my car this is the first time my baby has had to go in the shop. I was worry free the entire time thanks to them! They stand behind their work & make sure each customer is valued & taken care of.
From the car ride from scott, to & from the rental car place down to taking me & picking me up from work I'm appreciative.

The staff, especially Mary were amazing. After a thorough review of my vehicle, they gave me a complete written explanation on what needed to be done. They gave be a best and worst case scenario including how much it would cost. There was no pressure at all. We felt they were completely honest on what each step would cost. We will definitely return to them for any work needed going forward for any of my vehicles. They are not pushy nor uncaring. They were very empathetic to us.
ATC Grovetown is the best place to go for your vehicle needs! I highly recommend them.

ALWAYS have a great experience at ATC Grovetown. Mary (service writer) takes such good care of me and keeps me informed from start to finish, whether its a simple service visit or a new transmission. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell or do more than necessary to make a buck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Personable, caring Staff. We had Transmission Service done for both our vehicles. At first thought I had a transmission problem. They told me I did not. Yesterday I asked them to check and see if my husband needed. New brakes. They stated that he had only used half of his brake life. I am so thankful for a business that will tell it like it is and not just try to make a quick dollar. Thank you
